• Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days after payment confirmation.
• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation. Tracking details will be provided where available.
• Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the courier service.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• Please ensure your shipping address and contact information are accurate to avoid delays or failed deliveries.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, customs clearance, or other circumstances beyond our control.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Customer satisfaction is our highest priority. If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or an incorrect item, we will gladly replace it free of charge.
• Returns and exchanges are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items received.
• You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order to report any issue.
• The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with all tags attached.
• After reviewing and approving your request, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
• Products damaged due to misuse, washing, alterations, or normal wear are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Minor color differences caused by screen settings or lighting during photography are not considered manufacturing defects.
• Sale or discounted items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or an incorrect product was delivered.
• Refunds are not offered unless a replacement cannot be provided.
